1. Use of Our Website and Services

MVP Logistics provides third-party logistics and supply chain services, including LTL, truckload, refrigerated freight, final mile, dry freight, warehousing & fulfillment, air & ocean, supply chain strategy, and project logistics (“Services”). Our website and related digital properties are provided to give current and prospective clients information about our Services and a means of communicating with our team.

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party.

2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

This section governs your participation in MVP Logistics’ text messaging program (the “SMS Program”).

2.1 Program Description

The SMS Program is used to send shipment and delivery status notifications, including but not limited to pickup confirmations, transit updates, delay notices, appointment reminders, and delivery confirmations, to customers and partners who have provided consent.

2.2 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — whether through a web form, verbal consent, signed agreement, or reply to an MVP Logistics message — you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from MVP Logistics related to your shipments and account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Services.

2.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your shipment activity and account status. You may receive multiple messages per shipment (e.g., pickup, in-transit, and delivery updates).

2.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. MVP Logistics does not charge for text messages sent as part of the SMS Program, but your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

2.5 Supported Carriers

The SMS Program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2.6 How to Opt Out

You may cancel the SMS Program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from MVP Logistics. If you would like to resume receiving messages, opt in again as you did initially, or contact us as described below.

2.8 Data Use and Sharing

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 2.9 No Warranty on Delivery

MVP Logistics is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or device.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, the “Solutions Made Simple®” trademark, text, graphics, and design — is the property of MVP Logistics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work to keep information about our Services accurate and current, but we make no warranty that website content, pricing, or availability is complete, reliable, or error-free. Service terms, rates, and availability are governed by the applicable service agreement or bill of lading between MVP Logistics and the client, not by this website.
