When this Privacy Policy AppliesThis Privacy Policy applies to our processing of your personal data in connection with your active interactions with our website hosted at www.mvplogistics.com (e.g., filling out forms requesting information, interacting with our chatbot, and registering for events). If we have received your personal data in other situations, that processing is explained in a different privacy policy.

This Privacy Policy describes and applies to MVP Logistic’s processing of your personal data. We are not responsible for, nor do we make any promises with respect to, processing undertaken by third parties (e.g., other websites). If you are curious as to how other websites or services process your personal data, we encourage you to check out their privacy policies.

Collection of Your Personal Data

MVP Logistics collects the following personal data about you:

First and last name, email address, phone number, employer name, company information such as ecommerce platforms used and shipping information.

We collect your personal data in a few ways, but most of it comes directly from you (for example, when you fill out a web form or interact with one of our sales representatives or account mangers).

Use of Your Personal Data

MVP Logistics uses your personal data for a few reasons. The main ones are (1) to provide you with the information you have requested from us (or to process an opt-out request); (2) to market our current or future services to you; (3) to show our appreciation for you and your business; and (4) to conduct research concerning your opinion or current services or potential new services.

Internet / network activity information: We monitor internet and network activity to operate our websites, understand user profiles of website visitors, and analyze traffic to our websites for purposes of improving them. We may also use this information to deliver customized content and advertising within MVP Logistics to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

MVP Logistics does not process your personal data without a lawful basis for doing so. In this case, our processing advances our legitimate interest in expanding our business by marketing our products and services effectively. Given the limited nature of data processing and limited effects on our data subjects (e.g., you), we do not view this processing as harmful to data subject rights or freedoms.

Note specifically that (1) the provision of your personal data is not a statutory or contractual requirement, and (2) we do not conduct automated decision-making, including profiling, with respect to your personal data.

Duration of Storage

MVP Logistics will store your personal data for so long as it is necessary for us to process it to meet the purposes described above. While we may retain data for a longer period, we will only do so if an appropriate lawful basis applies.
